Come and learn about rocks! We will be growing our very own crystals. We also will be learning about various kinds of rocks, how they're made, and where they can be found.

It’s always easy to find the American Academy of Innovation — just look for the bright orange building along South Jordan Parkway! But you might be wondering, “Where is the entrance to the school?” Drivers can access the school entrance from the drop-off and pick-up lanes by turning north on Cardinal Park Drive located east of the facility and taking a left turn at Pipestone Way. From there you can access the one-way lanes to the parking lots on either side of the building.

LiveDAYBREAK is funded by Community Enhancement Fees (CE Fees), which are collected at the closing of each property sale within Daybreak. The fees collected are used to support community programs, clubs, grants, and events. For resales, the fee is ½ of 1% of the sale price; for new sales, the fee is ¼ of 1% of the sale price. It is important to note that Homeowners Association (HOA) and LiveDAYBREAK are separate entities and are funded differently.
